Account & Data Deletion Request

This page explains how to request deletion of your NithiTex account and the personal data associated with it. It applies to the NithiTex mobile application and the NithiTex website at https://nithitex.com, which share the same backend services.
You do not need to reinstall the App to request deletion. You can submit a request using any of the options below.
Option 1 — Delete directly in the App
If you have the NithiTex App installed and are signed in:
- Open the App and go to Profile.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm the request to delete your account and associated data.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email (no App or reinstall needed)
Send an account-deletion request from the email address or using the phone number registered with your NithiTex account to:

Please include the following so we can verify and locate your account:
- Your registered name
- Your registered email address and/or phone number
- The subject line: Account Deletion Request
We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request, to protect your account against unauthorized deletion.
What data is deleted
When your account deletion request is processed, we delete the personal information associated with your account, which may include:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Account and authentication information
- Saved billing, delivery, and shipping addresses
- Profile images and uploaded content
- Profile preferences associated with your account
Data that may be retained
Certain records may need to be retained for legitimate purposes even after account deletion, including:
- Order, invoice, payment, and transaction records required for tax and accounting obligations
- Records needed for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution
- Information we are required to keep under applicable law
Any retained information is handled according to applicable requirements and deleted when it is no longer necessary.
Processing time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period. If we need additional information to verify your request, we will contact you using the details associated with your account.
